The Media Committee of Senator Magnus Abe Campaign Organization, says the comments of Gov. Nyesom Wike on the December 10 legislative re-run elections has  exposed him as a person who is not a democrat but  skilled in electoral fraud. In a statement issued in Port Harcourt and Signed by the chairman, Mr. Parry Saroh Benson while reacting to comments made by the governor in Gokana LGA, said it was indecent of the governor to boast of being an election master rigger, pointing out that if it had been in advanced countries, the people would have matched and called for his resignation. The statement said how could a governor make a statement such as, “Na me bi their Oga (for rigging). I no give them this kind thing. Na me bi their oga. I no teach them this kind thing. Na who dey teach them all this kind thing? Trans Amadi Police station, you know we have police barrack there near Michelin. Na there wey the SARS Commander dey live, one Akeem. The attention of the Media Committee of Senator Magnus Ngei Abe campaign organization has been drawn to a mischievous and childish publication in Scan news, an on-line publication, entitled: “Reason Why Magnus Abe Visited Port Harcourt Barracks of the Nigerian Army”. The content of the story had a say-nothing lead, which smacks unprofessionalism. There is no doubt that the piece is a propaganda stunt by Gov. Nyesom Wike and the Rivers State chapter of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to perfect their rigging plan and to deter law enforcement agents from doing their work with regard to ensuring adequate security during  the December 10 legislative re-run elections. Let it be stated unequivocally, clearly and succinctly that Senator Magnus Abe never visited 2nd Amphibious Brigade, Bori camp, Port Harcourt, on Friday November 11, 2016 and that he was on that day at Bera community in Gokana Local Government Area, holding meetings with stakeholders and party faithful.

16 points presented as panacea for peace in Niger Delta, a political trade of blood and crude in Nigeria

We do not sincerely need 16 points for peace to end true and genuine agitation for economic freedom to control our God given natural resources buried beneath our wetlands. We only need true federalism to end all of this political trade of blood and crude at the expense of our ecosystems and the marine aquaculture. The God of the Angel armies who is the “Body of the Trinity”, the Creator of the mangrove and the creeks who blessed our wetlands with Crude Oil and Natural Gas Will raise for us a Moses to set us free from this cruel claws of the Pharaohs and our slave masters that will lead us into our promised Canaan in True Fiscal Federalism.

Getting the job done is more important than who gets the glory

In 1896, Thomas Edison, the great inventor who invented the electric bulb, was working on an idea to design a car when he heard that a young man who worked in his company had created an experimental car. Edison met the youngman at his company’s party in New York and interviewed him about the car. He was impressed! He had the same idea as the young man but he was considering electricity as the power source while the young man used a gasoline engine to power the car. He slammed his fist down and shouted “young man, that’s the thing! You have it! … I think you are on to something! I encourage you to continue your pursuits!” With these words of encouragement from the most highly respected inventor in the United States at that time, HENRY Ford continued his work, invented a car and became wealthy.
